Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations, Inc. manages premier ski-in/ski-out properties at one of the world's most popular ski resorts on Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain in British Columbia, Canada.

Blackcomb Peaks hired Braintank to create a web presence that would allow the organization to not only feature and promote their accommodations, but also give their online visitors the ability to book their vacation online. Braintank created the Blackcomb Peaks brand identity (logo, letterhead, business card, etc.), developed offline ads, and created a robust online booking and accommodation searching system to make the process of making a reservation easy and efficient.

Braintank has also recently completed a new web application for internal staff to manage their entire customer relationship completely via the web. Once a customer books, internal staff uses dynamically generated web-based letters and forms that guide them from initial booking confirmation to final booking letter and amenity details. The system manages everything from door codes, phone numbers, dates of availability, cleaning schedules for the cleaning crew, rates, and more. The staff at Blackcomb Peaks can also run reports for financial information and for governmental GST and PST tax information.

In addition, Braintank has managed a very comprehensive international online positioning (SEO) campaign for BPMR. We have positioned them actively in the US & UK market through search engines, partner websites, and multiple related domains (.com & .co.uk).
